The Board of Bishops and the Office of the Director of Health Ministry of The A.M.E. Zion Church prioritize the health and safety of all attendees, speakers, and staff at Conferences. Illnesses and hospitalizations due to COVID-19, flu, RSV, and other respiratory infections are still occurring nationwide.
To promote a safe environment for all Conference attendees, we ask that you attend Conference activities only if you are well (no symptoms of illness such as fever, cough, colds, etc).
We strongly encourage you to be up to date on your COVID-19 and flu vaccines.
Bring along with you any medications you take normally and carry a list of these medications and emergency contacts on your person at all times.
Masking is strongly encouraged. Bring a mask with you.
Practice frequent hand hygiene (soap and water, hand sanitizer) throughout the day.
Additional health guidance will be provided onsite.
