Montgomery, Alabama, has drawn upon his deep-rooted Southern experiences to shape his extraordinary life journey.

Currently, Rev. McDaniel serves as the proud pastor of the esteemed men and women of the First A.M.E. Zion Church in Pasadena, California, a role he assumed on July 2, 2017.

Beyond his pastoral duties, Rev. McDaniel is a respected businessman. For an impressive 14 years, he served as the Regional Director of Human Resources for Selig Parking, a period during which he demonstrated a unique ability to combine his professional and spiritual aptitude, resulting in a fourfold increase in the company's compounded revenue. His business acumen complements his calling to lead others through a capable, Spirit-led leadership approach that uncovers inner potential and inspires others to tap into their God-given potential.

Rev. McDaniel is also a noted intellectual, having graduated from Troy University. There, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Management and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management.
