The Star of Zion announces the transition from Earth to Eternity of Reverend Dr. John Walker, Sr., immediate past President of the Judicial Council of the AME Zion Church. Dr. Walker was an Associate Minister at Contee AME Zion Church and contributed significant legal support to the AME Zion Church in the Landmark case that impacted property designation in the faith community.
