The communications office of the A.M.E. Zion Church sorrowfully announces the death of Bishop Mildred B. Hines, Presiding Prelate of the South Atlantic Episcopal District.
Bishop Hines was elected the 98th Bishop in succession at the 2008 General Conference in Atlanta, GA.
