Daily Temperature Checks will grant Entry to Programs and Events. A temperature of 99.4 degrees or higher will require extended health review before entry granted.
In addition to the Health Suite provided at All A.M.E. Zion Conventions, additional support of medical professionals will be on staff daily to assist in addressing and challenges that may arise. Covid Testing support will be available at the onset of each event for precautionary measure.
Embassy Suites and support given through Religious Conference Management Association will guide and govern us to provide and assure a safe and antiseptic environment for the work before us in all elements of the program with good stewardship.
Our Business / General Sessions and Worship will mainly use Theatre style seating with Ultimate Social Distancing. Food and Beverage Functions will also bear the Highest Levels of Safety/Service Protocols assured. Smaller Numbers of 6 people seated per table and tables socially distanced and spread out. All served by masked and gloved servers.

The hotel is committed to implementing processes to not only combat this virus, but promote healthy best practices that you can adopt for each event during high-and low-risk time periods. They firmly believe that they must be the leaders in showcasing
Cloth Masks encouraged for attendees and staff at a minimum KN95 masks can be provided for those without.
Hand sanitizers stations will be available throughout the public areas.
Disinfectant foggers used in Rest Rooms and Public space.
Plexiglass Shields used by design For Front Desk and appointment tables.
Public Areas, Including Restrooms are Specially Cleaned multiple times daily in sync with program.
Sleeping Rooms cleaned and disinfected for your arrival. Daily Housekeeping is by Request Only.
Food Outlets - Hours will vary and social distancing encouraged. In addition to our Cooked to Order Breakfast and Evening Reception, Outlets and Restaurants are adjusting to best serve our group needs as Room Service is currently suspended.
ALL ACTIVITIES Will be in conformity with Current CDC Protocols, (and even if they are lowered/change), the Wearing of Face-masks and Social Distancing Will Be Enforced Throughout! These and other measures are currently in line with CDC Guidelines and Recommendations.
